Cancellation policy

At Pawsome Pet Visits, we understand that plans can change. To help us manage scheduling and provide reliable care for all pets, the following cancellation policy applies.

 

Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours’ Notice

 

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

 

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking total.

 

Same-Day Cancellations

 

Same-day cancellations may be charged at 100% of the booking total.

 

Emergencies and Compassionate Circumstances

 

We understand emergencies happen. Cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion in cases of:

  • serious illness

  • family emergencies

  • severe weather events

  • unforeseen circumstances.

 

Business-Initiated Cancellations

 

If we need to cancel a booking due to illness, emergencies, unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will:

  • provide as much notice as possible

  • offer to reschedule where available

  • provide a refund for any prepaid services that cannot be delivered.

 

Late Arrivals and Access Issues

 

If we are unable to access your property or complete the service due to missing information, unsafe conditions or inability to contact you, the booking may still be charged.
