About this service

During the visit we will give your pets (maximum of 3 pets) the care, attention, and routine they need while you’re away. ✔ Feeding, fresh water, and clean-up. ✔ Playtime and cuddles. ✔ Basic home care (mail and bins if needed) and security check. ✔ Photo updates and visit summary.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit may incur a cancellation fee.
